Details
環保型POF收縮膜（異型袋）：是世界上公認的環保經濟型新產品,在專用的設備上由聚乙烯和聚丙烯樹脂經特殊工藝由三層或五層共擠壓及經分子結構交聯技術生產而成.
特點：透明度高，光澤性好，柔而韌，耐寒阻隔性強,縱橫向熱收縮率大并且在制作包裝過程中不會產生有毒害的氣體,屬于全球許可使用的環保熱收縮膜。
用途：適用于食品、飲料、冷凍品、醫藥、日用品、玩具、化妝品、五金等輕小型產品。
產品技術特點：塑料膜厚度規格分別為：12μ、15μ、19μ、25μ、30μ四種。縱橫向熱收縮率均為60%以上。
生產形式：膜的寬度為單張最寬1900毫米(mm),可按要求把膜復折成從40毫米(mm)---950毫米(mm)的卷膜,制袋寬度25毫米(mm)--950毫米(mm)以內, 制袋長度50毫米(mm)以上，制袋是袋的長度為焊邊形式的平口（直線）袋焊接邊為0.1-0.3毫米(mm)的封邊。
應用要求：在1200毫米(mm) 隧道式帶恒溫控制和恒溫吹風的收縮機作用下收縮溫度是150度---190度之間，速度在常規下2—5米速/分鐘內完成產品收縮包裝。

Environment-friendly POF contraction film:It is an economic environmental new product generally accepted by the world.It is composed of polyethylene and polypropylene resin of which three or five molecular layers are pressed.They are specially made by appropriative equipment with molecular structure of cross-linking technology.

Usage:It is widely used in food, beverages,frozen goods,medicine,toys, cosmetics fields and so on.
Technical Features of Products:The thickness and specification of the films can be classified into 4 kinds:0.012mm,0.015mm,0.019mm,0.025mm,0.03mm.The contraction rate in vertical and horizontal is up to 60%.
Production forms:The longest width of one film is 1900mm.It can be folded to a film roll.The size is from 40mm to 950mm.The width of the bag is between 25mm and 950mm.The length of the bags is longer than 50mm.The bags are linear bags which have 0.1mm-0.3mm welded edges.
Application requirements: The shrinking temperature in the action of a 1200mm tunnel thermostat control and blowing shrinking machine is between 150c—190c.
